No matter how long your binge is, it's important to take time to do a little stretching. So we've compiled 3 yoga poses we love to do between episodes.
1. Sun Salutation Mini
Stand up straight, relaxed. Breathe in as you bring your arms up, reaching as high as you can, slightly arching your back (but not too far). Then slowly bend forward and try to touch your toes. Now go sit back on the couch.
2. TV Warrior
Stand up straight and extend one leg forward. Extend your arms above you and rotate, opening your hips. Reach forward with both arms. Repeat with the other leg. Now go back to the couch.
3. Downward Dogtown
Begin by laying on the ground on your stomach. Using your arms, lift yourself to push up position, and then jump your two feet forward about a foot, sticking your butt in the air. Breathe in, breathe out. Head back to the couch.
There you are! All ready and refreshed. Now don't worry about stoking the fire because it's a duraflame firelog. Happy binging.
