Say Cheese to Your New Favorite Sauce

At your next backyard cookout, take your burger to another level with her beer cheese recipe that you can make in a pan right on your grill. You’ll need:
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp BAMA Q - BAMA Beef Rub
- 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup of your favorite lager beer
- 1/3 cup of bacon, crumbled
- 12 oz shredded sharp cheese
Instructions:
Put flour and butter into a pan on the on the grill and stir it up into a roux. The consistency should be paste-like.
Slowly add the rest of the ingredients besides the beer and cook on low until melted. Slowly add beer until it reaches the desired consistency.
