We’re always on the hunt for snack ideas that are healthy AND delicious. If you are too, look no further than these sweet, customizable mini apple pizzas. Perfect for kids (and kids at heart) they’re fun and easy to make…and a great snack to enjoy by the fire.
Ingredients:
Large apples
Nut butter
Toppings (berries, banana, granola, honey, chocolate chips, nuts…whatever you want!)
How-to:
Core the apples and cut them horizontally into thick, flat slices.
Spread with nut butter.
Top with your choice of fruit, granola, nuts and more!
Crunch fireside.
