BRUSCHETTA
When you're looking for a scrumptious snack fit for your fireside, it doesn't have to be complicated. A crisp crostini with a delicious dip or topping makes for the perfect pairing. This bruschetta puts the deliciousness on top of the crostini, so all you need to do is eat and enjoy.

You'll need:
- Sliced baguette
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 diced Roma tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of salt and pepper
How to:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Brush bread with olive oil and place on a baking tray
- Toast the bread for 5-10 minutes, flip halfway through
- Toss tomatoes, basil, parmesan, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
- Top bread with the tomato mixture
